Customer Service
We strive to stock all parts in our Doral Auto Parts store. Upon receiving your order you will be notified as soon as possible if any parts are not in stock. Most orders will go out within the next business day. You may check the status of your order by logging into your account.

*We will only ship to the billing address on file for credit cards and PayPal. Please contact your credit card company or PayPal should you wish to add an additional address to your account before placing your order.
*International orders over $300 require a bank wire transfer or western union.
*All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Backorders
We strive to keep ample inventory on hand but occasionally due to high demand we will run into a backorder situation. Customers will be notified within 1 business day if there is a back order status. Backorders are automatically shipped when product is available unless cancelled by customer. Some orders may be drop shipped.

International Customers
Our shopping cart is not setup to calculate accurate shipping charges on international orders. Upon receiving your order we will contact you by email with your order total with shipping & handling charges and payment options. A Western Union or bank wire transfer is required for international orders over $300. Bank wire transfers must be made in US funds and include any intermediate bank fees. International Credit card orders under $300 do take additional time to verify that the billing and shipping address match. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Please be aware of your country's customs fees, taxes and regulations. We are not responsible for delays in customs.

Order Cancellation
Please email us at parts@doralautoparts.com or call us promptly at 305-477-8066 with any order cancellation. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Prices
All items will be invoiced at the current price upon shipping. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We are not responsible for any pricing errors and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

Returns
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receiving order. All returns must be in new condition, uninstalled and in original packaging. Customers must contact Doral Auto Parts Corp via email at parts@doralautoparts.com for authorization prior to returning product. Customer must return product with a traceable method of shipping, sufficient insurance coverage and prepaid with a copy of original invoice. Email us for a copy of your invoice if necessary. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. There are no returns on special/custom orders, purchased used parts or any electrical parts.

Special/Custom Orders
We require a 50% deposit on all special/custom orders. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled once in production. Special/custom orders are not returnable or refundable. We cannot be held responsible for delays in manufacturing of special/custom orders. Estimates may be given but we cannot guarantee or control manufacturing process time.
 
Sales Tax
Florida residents are required to pay 7% state sales tax on any taxable items. Florida dealers with a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file with us will be exempt. Out of state residents are exempt from FL Sales tax.

Shipping
We ship by traceable methods such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS Global Express, etc. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order. Please report all shipping damages within 24 hours to the shipping carrier and to us in order to establish a claim. Keep all shipping material, boxes, etc. until shipping carrier has confirmed damage. Please report any shortage or incorrect parts to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% handling charge in addition to shipping charges. Free shipping applies only to orders shipping within the 48 continental states and over US $ 95.00. Free shipping will NOT apply to overweight or oversize items.

Errors and Omissions
Doral Auto Parts Corp shall not be responsible for errors or omissions on product information, pricing or website content. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.

Privacy
Doral Auto Parts Corp only collects required information to process your order. Your information will not be sold, shared or disclosed with third parties unless we need to drop ship your order. This website uses "cookies" to ensure the proper function of our shopping cart.
